Lilian的作品我读的不多，只有两部，一部是在两年前读的《White Girls Suck and Swallow 2White Girls Suck and Swallow 2》，讲的是一个土司家族及其后代的事，再有，就是这一部《White Girls Suck and Swallow 2White Girls Suck and Swallow 2》，讲述汶川大地震后一个藏族村落的故事。 文章讲述一个藏族祭师在2008年汶川大地震后，从搬迁的移民村回到处于随时有滑坡危险的自己祖祖辈辈生活的云中村，为在地震中村子死去的人招魂的故事，期间穿插了对地震发生时状况的回忆，幸存着离开村子的人员的不同生存状态和对曾经生活过的故乡的态度，展现了一位藏族祭师对自己信仰和文化的坚守，也提出了对灾后重建，如何做到经济发展与保护传统文化更好协调，传统文化和古村落如何更好更有效保护等一系列现实问题。 一如既往，Lilian的文笔总是淡然而优美，梦幻而迷离，清新而隽永的，描写的人物及事物总有哲学的味道和宗教的色彩。 另外，这是我读到的第一部有关汶川大地震的影视作品，我认为值得推荐。

给八分，是因为这个世界观给我一种很熟悉的感觉，有点类似于日系rpg游戏的世界观的感觉，编剧应该是这方面的爱好者。而且加入了很多新颖的元素，这值得夸赞。不过依然有不足之处，比如说主

完全不鸡汤，这很好。 第一部分科学地讲清楚了习惯是怎么形成的——这样才知道怎么养成好习惯，怎么修正坏习惯。什么21天法啊意志力啊都是扯淡的～这点编剧说的很清楚，习惯回路里得到奖赏才是完成方法，这点要牢记“好孩子都是夸出来的”。 第二部分讲了公司如何抓住核心习惯的塑造改造组织提高竞争力以及我们的习惯如何被商家、社会所利用——大数据就是这玩意～ 第三部分略鸡汤，最后的行动指南还是挺好的，不过到底怎么具体改变自己的习惯和生活，读者自己体会咯～

书中运用了大量的教育案例，将优势教养理论运用在教育的日常实践中。清楚地阐述了优势教养和“捧杀”之间的界限。强调优势，关注优势，在此过程中，用优势思维改善弱势！同时，优势教育一定要结合积极心理学的理论和实践，比如通常有些家长和老师会告知孩子学习是一件苦差事，只有苦尽甘来，对于一个刚上小学的孩子，他们没有足够的生活经历和人生感悟的情况下，是无法理解这样的理论。这在心理学上就是一个负面的暗示，谁愿意去做苦差事呢？如果，我们家长和学校能够把“苦差事变得有趣，孩子得到的体验便是学习是件可以苦中作乐的事情，一方面在孩子在心理上得到了积极的暗示，另一方面，在这个“苦中作乐”的过程中，孩子对学会了用积极的方式解决问题的能力！不断地实践这种转化，学习真的变得有趣。当然家长在此其中，需要担当重要的角色！
