看到小破站有up主题到他，忽然又想起来这部小时候追着看的电视剧，那时候的编剧脑子里真的有很多天马行空的想法，有很多很新奇的剧，这是其一，搞笑成分在意料之外情理之中，很令人舒服，我还记得那句，“八年了，我整整吃了八年的鱼”。
书中用了很多例子讲述了习惯的形成，该怎么养成习惯，还有怎么改变习惯和发觉自己的习惯，还是值得观看的
以前对罪案剧不感兴趣，但是这部例外，真的很棒，导演👍希望潘粤明能有个幸福美满的家庭
